03 / PROCESS WEBSITES
Built together. One clear step at a time.
MEETING 0101 / CONNECT
Our first meeting starts with a conversation about your business, your audience and what the website needs to do.
MEETING 0102 / BRAINSTORM
In that same meeting, we exchange ideas, explore references and identify the pages, content and features your website needs.
MEETING 0203 / DIRECTION
At our second meeting, I present the visual direction and page structure. We align the look, tone and journey before prototyping.
MEETING 0204 / DESIGN SYSTEM
In the same meeting, we review the website's design system: typography, colours, spacing and reusable components, before the prototype.
MEETING 0305 / PROTOTYPE
I walk you through the clickable prototype in our third meeting. We check the layout and journey together; development starts once aligned.
MEETING 0406 / BUILD
After prototype approval, I build the responsive website and its agreed features. In meeting four, we review the working site together.
MEETING 0507 / REFINE
I make any agreed minor adjustments after your review and test the key journeys. At our final meeting, we check the result before sign-off.
MEETING 0508 / LAUNCH
The final meeting closes with your approval and a clear handoff. I launch in the agreed environment and show you how to manage your website.

05 / WORKING TOGETHER
A person you know. A process you can follow.I take care of the build. Together, we agree the scope and review the work. Upwork keeps our agreement, messages and payments in one place.
Work directly with me.Meet Roberto on Upwork
We agree on the scope, deliverables, timeline and budget before work begins. You know what’s included and what each stage should deliver.
Your part Ask questions. Shape the brief. Agree the scope.
I walk you through the work at agreed checkpoints. We review it against the brief and discuss changes together, including any effect on scope, timing or cost.
Your part Review the work. Give feedback. Agree any changes.
A milestone is an agreed part of the project. You fund it upfront through Upwork, which holds the funds while I work. After I submit through the contract, you have 14 days to approve or request changes; no response means automatic release.
Your part Review the submission within the 14-day window.

Upwork is a platform for hiring independent professionals and managing contracts, messages and payments. These references offer a place to get familiar with it.
In 2018, Microsoft named Upwork Enterprise the launch partner for its freelance toolkit.

The button opens my Upwork profile. From there, follow Upwork’s sign-in or account setup steps to contact me about your project. We discuss the fit and scope before agreeing on a contract. Opening the profile doesn’t hire me or start a payment.
We discuss what has changed and its effect on the deliverables, timeline and budget. Any additional work needs a new agreement before it begins, with the updated scope recorded in the contract or milestone.
For fixed-price work, you fund an agreed milestone upfront. Upwork holds those funds until release. After I submit the work through the contract, you have 14 days to approve it or request changes. Funds release automatically if you don’t respond. If you request changes, a new 14-day review period begins when I resubmit.
Hourly contracts work differently: time is billed weekly, with work-diary review and dispute rules. If an issue arises, Upwork offers dispute assistance under its terms; a refund or resolution isn’t guaranteed. Platform fees may apply.
